Schedule: This is an onsite position full time M-F.

The Program Coordinator - Academics role performs administrative and professional duties supporting a MaineHealth program. Coordinates day to day activities of the Program, assuring all program related activities are successfully completed. Acts as the liaison with Clinical Nurse Education Faculty and Nursing Program Faculty. May direct and supervise staff member(s) assigned to the Program. The ideal candidate should be professional in both email communications and in person interactions, and have experience working with data, including compiling, tracking and presenting information.

**Experience in event planning and management is a plus.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in related field required.
  2. License/Certifications: N/A
  3. Experience: One year of related work experience required. Experience in healthcare industry or customer service preferred.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: Strong computer skills.
  5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: N/A
