THE JOB:

Provide a supreme level of guest service, while proactively assessing each guest needs and adhering to all company and department policies and procedures. The job functions are (but not limited to) luggage needs, and guest service.

THE STARTING RATE: $18.4973 per hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Deliver exceptional, courteous, and friendly service to guests and team members, setting us apart from the competition.

  • Maintain efficiency and speed by properly utilizing designated luggage storage areas.

  • Communicate any guest luggage concerns to the Bell Manager on duty.

  • Escalate guest complaints to the appropriate supervisor for resolution.

  • Possess full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.

  • Assist with various tasks within the Bell Stand Department as needed.

  • Foster positive guest and employee relations through prompt, courteous, and efficient service.

  • Exhibit professionalism by interacting and communicating with employees in a courteous and hospitable manner.

  • Properly store and retrieve guest belongings in a timely manner.

  • Ensure all luggage is correctly ticketed, using FRAGILE tags as necessary.

  • Maximize storage efficiency by adhering to departmental policies, including the use of bungees and proper stacking methods.

  • Operate the luggage lift in compliance with all departmental and company safety protocols.

  • Maintain an organized newspaper storage area, ensuring daily papers are neatly arranged.

  • Keep luggage storage areas clean, stocked, and organized for seamless operations.

  • Collaborate with the Stewarding department to remove glassware from the lobby and surrounding areas, ensuring it is delivered to the appropriate locations.

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in customer service in a position where the primary job duty is direct customer contact.

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.

  • Previous experience in a Bell Desk position.
