Description & Requirements The Regional Marketing Director will collaborate and work closely with the Regional Managing Partner, Managing Partners, Chief Practice and Innovation Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Brand Officer, Director of Business Development, industry leaders, marketing & business development team members, and office marketers to develop and implement top strategic growth opportunities. This individual will be responsible for directing all marketing efforts and team members within their region and leading various aspects of marketing, including marketing campaigns and strategies, target lists, growing name and consistent national brand recognition, event strategies, social media, advertising, trade association and publications, project management, media relations, market and competition analysis, internal communication, new market penetration, and more. This leader must be able to collaborate, coach teams, think critically, and develop/drive strategy to align with firm Industry Strategic Plans (ISPs) and growth initiates.

New York City Pay Transparency Pursuant to the pay transparency laws of New York State and other local ordinances within the state including (but not limited to) New York City, the salary range displayed is for the New York markets. The salary for this role will be based on the experience, education, and skill set of the individual for the position. Total compensation and benefits consist of salary, group health plan benefits, 401(K), profit-sharing contributions, flexible time off, and parental leave. Illinois Wage Transparency Pursuant to Illinois' Equal Pay Act, the salary range displayed is for the Illinois market. The salary for this role will be based on the experience, education, and skill set of the individual for the position. Non-exempt/hourly positions will be eligible for time and half pay for employees that work over 40 hours in a workweek. Benefits are eligibility-based and could include group health plan benefits, 401(K), bonuses, profit-sharing contributions, flexible time off, and parental leave.
