The Staff Procurement Administration Professional, working under general supervision, is responsible for performing moderately complex tasks relating to procurement administration during the course of a contract lifecycle. The role actively participates in the entire lifecycle of service agreements, ensuring accurate data management and issue resolution. The role collaborates on contract template creation and modifications, acts as a liaison to the Legal department, and creates contract packages based on supplier scopes of work. The role also supports the implementation of systems to meet critical targets and actively contributes to change efforts.

* Engages closely with internal stakeholders in the complete lifecycle of service agreements and associated documents, ensuring compliance with company policies, accurate data entry, issue resolution, and corrections in contracts programs.
* Develops an understanding of procurement administration and the business in general, recommends modifications, and communicates effectively, sharing knowledge and actively identifying opportunities for data quality improvement.
* Assists in the creation and modification of contract templates, coordinating with managers and the legal department for policy or regulatory changes.
* Creates contract packages using templates based on supplier scope of work and ensures timely closure of contracts through coordination with suppliers and field personnel.
* Adapts quickly to shifting priorities and business needs.
* Supports the implementation of systems, processes, and methods to help the organization meet or exceed critical targets.
* Works under general supervision, actively participates in change efforts, and establishes influential relationships with internal and external stakeholders, cultivating effective working connections.
* Evaluates and recommends solutions independently, assesses procurement administration risks, and demonstrates the ability to prioritize and complete assignments, contributing to collaborative, goal-oriented team efforts.

Education:
* Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration or any other related discipline and/or commensurate work experience is required.

Experience:
* 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in Supply Chain specializing in areas such as Procurement Document Management, Contract Creation, Contract Administration, Supplier Information Management, Policy and Procedural Compliance or a related field. Industry experience is preferred.
