Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per year

Shift: 1st Shift

The Quality Manager ensures the implementation of quality policies and procedures to meet regulatory and customer standards, focusing on continuous improvement and operational efficiency throughout the production cycle.

Responsibilities:



  • Develop and maintain a Quality Management System (QMS) based on IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.
  • Implement quality control tools (FMEA, PPAP, SPC, MSA).
  • Oversee quality control throughout production, addressing non-conformances and corrective actions.
  • Lead internal/external audits and ensure industry compliance.
  • Drive continuous improvement and waste reduction strategies.
  • Manage supplier relations and material quality.
  • Track quality KPIs and implement improvement plans.
  • Collaborate with production to enhance quality and reduce waste.
  • Address customer quality issues and manage audits.



Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial).
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience, ideally with transformers or electromechanical equipment.
  • Expertise in IATF 16949 and automotive quality systems.
  • Certification as an Internal/External Auditor or Product Quality Certifications.
  • Strong data processing, statistical analysis, and leadership skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency (B2+).
