Position Summary:

The QA Document Review Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all manufacturing documentation for each batch. Our team is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) to guarantee the quality and quantity of our products. As a QA Document Review Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to establish priorities that align with our daily schedules, contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Checks In-process data (weights, seams, etc.) for compliance to established specifications
  • Checks and completes the final Reconciliations for compliance
  • Assures the presence and disposition of investigations, deviation reports and rework documents
  • when required. If documents/data are missing, individual will initiate and participate in the
  • investigation
  • Any GDP issues are brought to the attention of the Lead/ Supervisor as required
  • Update batch status in AS400 and SAP
  • Complies with company policies and procedures and maintains regular work attendance
  • Personal responsibility for following safety rules, SOPs and cGMPs guidelines
  • Runs and maintains reports
  • Track and trend key indicators related to batch review as needed
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience & Education Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • 1-3 years of Previous Quality Assurance experience in related field preferred
  • Batch Record/Documentation Review experience preferred
  • Technical proficiency including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • High level of organizational skills, good written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent mathematical skills
  • Exhibit positive attitude regarding work and responsibilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively within teams
  • Ability to maintain effectiveness during major changes in work tasks or the work environment;
  • adjusting effectively to within new work structures, processes, requirements or cultures
  • Continuously look for ways to do things faster and better, while maintaining high quality standards
  • Is creative and intellectually curious; tries different and novel ways to solve obstacles

Theapproximate payrange for this position is $43,000.00to $50,000.00.Please note that thepay rangeprovided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
