THE JOB:

As a Villa Services Coordinator at The Cosmopolitan, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING PAY: $19.00 per hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Coordinate guest food and beverage orders with the appropriate restaurant or In-Room Dining team to ensure prompt and accurate service.

  • Facilitate reservations for transportation, dining, and spa appointments, ensuring a seamless guest experience.

  • Support Butlers in delivering exceptional service by assisting with timely and complete guest requests.

  • Prepare and organize orders, deliver them to the assigned Butler, and maintain a clean and orderly workspace in the kitchen.

  • Manage inventory by ordering necessary supplies through the IP System and Purchasing department.

  • Arrange personal services for Villa guests, including hair styling, manicures, massages, and other luxury amenities.

  • Ensure the Butler's pantry and all designated areas remain clean, well-stocked, and service-ready.

  • Possess in-depth knowledge of liquor brands, beer, non-alcoholic beverages, and wines/champagnes by the glass, as well as major selections on the wine list.

  • Maintain familiarity with guest room layouts, locations, and room names/numbers to provide seamless service.

  • Inspect storage areas to ensure proper stock levels, cleanliness, and organization.

  • Review table setups for accuracy, cleanliness, and alignment with guest orders and departmental standards.

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • Ability to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.

  • 2+ Years of Prior Relevant guest service experience.

  • Experience in a similar resort setting.

  • Experience with InfoGenesis and LMS systems.
