THE JOB:

As a Security Officer 1st Responder, you will be responsible for providing basic emergency medical needs to our team members and property guests while ensuring exceptional guest service. By understanding the guests' unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to createWOWmemories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE:$19.50

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Provides basic emergency needs to both internal and external guest while onproperty that meets the high standards of the MGM Grand Security Department.
• Maintain working knowledge of the locations of various departments, access routes, and emergency exists
• Ensures the personal safety and security of team members, guests and hotel/casinoproperty. Maintains security and safety for assigned areas.
• Maintain proper documentation of all medical incidents and treatment provided
• Resolves complaints and issues involving both guests and employees

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Possess a State of Michigan Emergency Technicians (EMT) license
• Possess a valid driver's license
• Bilingual abilities preferred
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Ability to operate assigned equipment
• Must be flexible if needed for occasional work outside of normal business hours
