Your Impact: Architect the Future of Data Excellence Design Enterprise BI Frameworks - Build scalable and high-performance data architectures that support advanced analytics, cross-functional integration, and enterprise intelligence. Transform Data into Strategic Value - Develop and optimize ETL pipelines to ensure clean, consistent, and accessible data that empowers informed decisions. Deliver Business-Critical Insights - Create visually compelling and performance-driven Power BI dashboards, paginated reports, and KPI scorecards aligned with business objectives. Streamline Data Integration - Architect data flow across cloud and on-premises systems with scalable, secure, and flexible integration strategies. Optimize for Speed & Reliability - Enhance semantic layers, metadata structures, and transformation logic to maximize reporting performance and system resilience. What You Bring Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Experience: 10+ years in BI architecture, data warehouse development, and data analytics. Expertise in SQL databases (SQL Server, Snowflake), Power BI (DAX, UX design, paginated reporting), and ETL platforms (e.g., Keboola, Azure Data Factory). Strong command of KPI dashboard design, dimensional modeling, and the Kimball Data Warehousing Lifecycle. Technical Acumen: Advanced SQL development and database performance tuning (DB2, Oracle, SQL Server). Experience with data virtualization, metadata management, and entity resolution techniques. Deep understanding of data governance, security frameworks, and access control protocols. Strategic Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and enhance data solutions. The salary range listed is based on the geographic zone associated with this role:San Rafael, CA. Starting pay will be determined by job-related factors including experience, education, and business needs and may be modified at any time. Zone 1: $160,000 - $190,000 This job is also eligible for participation in an Incentive Plan with a target payout based on eligible compensation and corporate/individual performance goal attainment.
