We are looking to add compassionate Admissions Counselor to our Team!
Keystone Treatment Center is a 126 Bed Treatment Center providing services to adults on an inpatient basis. Keystone is located in Canton SD, just a short drive from Sioux Falls, SD.

SHIFTS AND HOURS



  • We have a full-time day position available. (6:30 am to 7:00 pm)
  • Scheduled Shifts are 12 Hours, 3 Days per week with shift differentials available
  • Part-Time Medication Aides Shifts can be flexible according to your own schedule, great if you are completing your Nursing Course.
  • All Full Time Medication Aides Rotate Weekend Shifts.



TRAINING AND ORIENTATION

Keystone Treatment Center is committed to Training and Safety. All New Hire Medication Aides will attend a 2 Day Facility Orientation and Patient Treatment Program Overview before spending 2 Weeks in Unit Orientation with a Preceptor. We can accommodate shadow shifts for interested candidates!

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE MEDICATION AIDE (MEDAID)



  • This individual will work in office answering telephone, assessing callers. checking payer sources, scheduling transportation for treatment, helping with the admissions process, doing data entry and doing room assignments. This person must have compassion and empathy for the individual seeking help for their disease. They need a working knowledge of the disease of addiction and a willingness to help the patient and their families. This will be a rotating shift and weekends.



EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS



  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
