What to Expect

We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 7-15 years of experience in designing, optimizing, and managing process systems, with a preference for experience in utility systems such as cooling water, air, and boilers. Knowledge of slurry processes is a bonus, adding value to this role in specialized applications.


What You'll Do
  • Design, implement, and optimize utility systems, including cooling water, compressed air, and boiler systems
  • Develop and maintain process flow diagrams, piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), and system layouts
  • Conduct process evaluations to improve system efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate utility systems into broader project designs
  • Specify and procure process equipment, ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues related to utility systems and other processes
  • Provide technical support during commissioning and start-up of process systems
  • Perform system audits and propose upgrades or modifications to improve performance
  • Maintain detailed documentation, including design calculations, technical reports, and compliance records
  • If applicable, design and manage processes involving slurries, optimizing flow, mixing, and handling solutions

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 7-15 years of experience in process engineering, with a focus on utility systems
  • Strong understanding of utility systems such as cooling water, compressed air, and boilers
  • Proficiency in process design tools and software
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience with slurries, including handling, flow, and mixing processes
  • Familiarity with industry standards and codes related to utility systems and process engineering
  • Hands-on experience in commissioning and troubleshooting utility or slurry systems
