What You'll Do: As a Home Services Manager, you will:

• Oversee and direct the resident care operations of our private duty home services.
• Develop and implement standards, procedures, and processes to ensure safe and effective care delivery.
• Manage administrative duties, people leadership, and clinical interventions.
• Successfully multitask in a dynamic and rewarding role.

Requirements:

• Current state license as a Registered Nurse (RN) or a bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of three years of supervisory or management experience (preferred).
• Minimum of two years of recent home services experience (preferred).
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Current or eligible for certification in CPR.
