WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Job Summary
The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing the overall operations and strategic direction of an organization. They provide leadership, guidance, and support to the staff, and all stakeholders. The Executive Director is responsible for managing budgets, implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring the organization meets its goals and objectives. They also represent the organization to its external community. The Executive Director plays a crucial role in driving the organization's mission and vision forward and ensuring its long-term success.

Roles and Responsibilities
* Implements Trilogy's policies and procedures across the health campus.
* Coordinates and collaborates with campus, divisional support, and home office teams as needed.
* Acts as member of campus governing body.
* Nurtures company culture with leading by example, adhering to the company's code of conduct, fostering team work, and achieving results through the fly wheel to success.
* Drives retention, employee and customer satisfaction, engagement, QAPI, quality measures, revenue, and EBITDAR success.
* Represents the health campus within the community, in dealings with outside agencies, including governmental agencies and third-party payers.
* Maintains all required certifications and licensure for campus personnel per state guidelines.
* Rounds routinely to ensure that established policies and procedures are implemented as well as first impressions are being followed.
* Participates in regulatory surveys (inspections) made by authorized government agencies and leads development and execution of plans of correction for deficiencies.
* Uses Trilogy tools to manage budgets (Eg, census, labor, expenses, spenddown sheets, accrual forms, and other Trilogy reporting as directed.)
* Ensures facility is in compliance with required training per state and federal guidelines.
* Reviews all complaints and grievances as needed and works with support team to resolve as needed.
* Serves as abuse coordinator or is responsible for designating a campus abuse coordinator in their absence.
* Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor Degree
Experience: 3-5 years

Licenses and Certifications
Associate degree may be acceptable in the state of Indiana.
Current and unencumbered Health Facility Admin License for the state in which they are operating.
In the event the incumbent provides transportation services to residents, they must possess and maintain the appropriate valid license and/or certifications required to operate vehicles for transporting residents safely and in compliance with all applicable state regulations. In addition, those working in Kentucky must complete a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical before providing transportation services.

Physical Requirements
Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, and moving intermittently during working hours. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs. Must be able to maintain verbal and written communication with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and all business associates outside of the health campus.
