COMPANY: Herc Rentals Employee Services LLC

DUTIES: Herc Rentals Employee Services LLC seeks an RPA Developer (Bonita Springs, FL) to develop, implement, and maintain automation solutions using Automation Anywhere. Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions, specifically, the creation of bots, workflows and scripts that automate repetitive tasks and improve organizational processes. Leverage cognitive automation and natural language processing to process structured and/or unstructured data, such as emails or documents. Integrate Automation Anywhere with third-party applications utilizing existing APIs or custom connectors. Implement dynamic dashboards and reports which enable proactive monitoring of bot performance and data integrity. Ensure that automation solutions have adequate security measures embedded to protect sensitive data and ensure that potential vulnerabilities and risks are appropriately addressed. Develop and maintain documentation related to automation solutions. Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of automation solutions and make improvements as necessary. Provide technical expertise and guidance to stakeholders and team members. Support Citizen Developer community through training, collaboration, and validation of automation projects to ensure adherence to best practices and internal governance. 10% domestic travel required.

REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronics Engineering or a related field and 5 years of experience building, deploying, and supporting robotic processing automation (RPA) tools. Employer will also accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in the mentioned fields, and 3 years of specified experience. Must have experience with: Developing automation solutions using Automation Anywhere or other RPA tools; Developing, implementing, and maintaining automation solutions using Automation Anywhere; Working closely with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, defining automation requirements, and prioritizing automation initiatives; Designing, developing, testing, and deploying automation solutions; Creating bots, workflows and scripts that automate repetitive tasks and improve organizational processes; Leveraging cognitive automation and natural language processing to process structured and/or unstructured data, such as emails or documents; Integrating Automation Anywhere with third-party applications utilizing existing APIs or custom connectors; Implementing dynamic dashboards and reports which enable proactive monitoring of bot performance and data integrity; Ensuring that automation solutions have adequate security measures embedded to protect sensitive data and ensuring that potential vulnerabilities and risks are appropriately addressed; Developing and maintaining documentation related to automation solutions; Monitoring and analyzing the performance of automation solutions and making improvements as necessary; Providing technical expertise and guidance to stakeholders and team members; Supporting Citizen Developer community through training, collaboration, and validation of automation projects to ensure adherence to best practices and internal governance; Keeping abreast of the latest updates and features in Automation Anywhere to leverage new functionality and improve existing automation solutions; and Programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PowerShell, or .NET. 10% domestic travel required.
