Join Aya Healthcare, winner of multiple Top Workplace awards! The Functional Business Analyst (FBA) is a key position of the Finance Technology team, supporting the Finance & Accounting Org. As an FBA you will be relied upon as one of the subject matter experts for Oracle Fusion Cloud modules, as well asother financial applications. The FBA will work closely with and have oversight from the Sr. Business Analyst. Primarily, the FBA will be responsible for managing day to day ticket resolution, as well as assisting with technical projects to achieve long term goals This role will be hybrid in office/remote. - Support and maintain the following Oracle Fusion modules: General Ledger, Receivables, Payables, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Subledger Accounting, Payment, and Procurement, with oversight from the Senior Business Analyst.
- Continuously learn and stay updated on product releases and enhancements. As such perform QA testing of new features to ensure successful adoption, and resulting end user experience is improved
- Participate in and support user acceptance testing and the deployment of solution to production.
- Review and audit end-user accounts, permissions, and access rights to ensure compliance with segregation of duties and security access policies.
- Prepare and conduct presentations, training materials, and communicate effectively in both written and verbal English.
- Offer recommendations for process improvements and technical solutions.
- Support accounts payable team with banking integrations, such as ACH, PosPay, BAI, wire, and corporate card expense systems.
- Understand integration points and analyze impacts with other systems that interface with Oracle Fusion modules and other financial applications.
- Provide support to end users by managing issue resolution and performing root cause analysis.
- Participate in various phases of project lifecycle management (requirements gathering, design, development, deployment, training, post-implementation evaluation, and measuring effectiveness), processes mapping, group discussion facilitation, and data gathering and analysis.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent technical and business experience.
- 1+ years of experience as an Oracle Cloud business analyst or a similar role.
- Ability to critical think and heavy problem-solve, especially as it relates to process improvement
- Experience managing day to day ticket resolution for accounting and finance teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate-level skills in Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with one or more Oracle Reporting tools, including Financial Reporting Studio (FRS), Smart View, OTBI, BI Publisher Reports, or similar ERP reporting tools.
- Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Basic project management capabilities.
- Oracle Certified Specialist highly preferred.

Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be$33.65 to $45.67hourly, which equates to$70,000to $95,000annually. The pay scale for this position may vary if applicantpossesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager's discretion.
