Pay: $15/hour Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM As an HR Assistant, you will provide direct clerical and organizational support to the HR Director. Your role will focus on recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, and general HR administration. You will be responsible for managing the applicant process, including maintaining job postings, conducting interviews, and ensuring all necessary documents are collected for new hires. Additionally, you'll process biweekly payroll and maintain employee records in compliance with company policies. Responsibilities:
