The position will be responsible for partnering with local and regional sales teams to maximize associated product and spray equipment sales in a specified geographical area. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS The position will be responsible for partnering with local and regional sales teams to maximize associated product and spray equipment sales in a specified geographical area.
- Division and field contact for marketing new products and programs to the field, including launch kits, promotions, tracking/reporting, etc.
- Division and field contact for new and ongoing marketing activities, like collateral, tools, research/surveys, promotions, pricing updates, training, events, database marketing campaigns (Marketo, Salesforce, Pitch, Learn, etc.), program/promotion proformas, etc.
- Work with vendors to develop an annual Promotion Calendar as well as Ad hoc promotions to meet sales teams' needs.
- Ongoing collaboration with the Automotive Segment marketing teams to identify opportunities to integrate AP into key initiatives and programs.
- Assists Marketing Communications with the strategy for sales collateral and informational communications.
- Facilitate communication of branded and private label product recalls, pricing adjustments, product OOS, etc.
- Support Product Managers as needed with market research, new product lines, product line extensions, field testing, product presentations, product proformas, training, etc. Specific to private label products to also include developing sales collateral and a communication strategy.
- Partner with the training centers to establish product recommendations and best demonstrated practices, coordinate product testing and evaluations, as well as to communicate to the training centers the preferred products to feature and utilize within training classes.
- Oversee the management of our Capital Equipment program, to include executing vendor supply agreements as well as developing & launching programs.
- Assist with Marketplace development and execution for annual sales meeting.
- Assist with development of annual Marketing Plans.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS FORMAL EDUCATION: Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred:
- 4-year degree related to Business, Sales, Marketing or Management
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: Required:
- Demonstrated success in creating marketing and promotional campaigns
- Excellent Project Management skills
Preferred:
- Knowledge of Sherwin-Williams systems and processes including Coupa, Microstrategy, OnBase, Workfront, etc.
- Knowledge of Salesforce software applications
TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Required:
- Microsoft products including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

WORK SCHEDULE:
- Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week
