PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT

Promotes accuracy and relevance of GROWMARK Enterprise marketing materials through support and project completion for wholesale and retail customers and distributors in all geographies. Assures that the GROWMARK System's marketing and sales projects are focused, branded, effective, meet deadlines, stay on budget, and meet defined objectives.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Supports GROWMARK product divisions and Enterprise Marketing teammates with requests and projects to create, maintain, and update sales and marketing collaterals, including but not limited to: product catalogs, guides, sales sheets, handbooks, and spec sheets.

Supports marketing-related sponsorships across the enterprise, both current and future recommended.

Manages GROWMARK display rental program, including vendor selection and management, evaluation and updates to display inventory, and troubleshooting issues for internal and external customers.

Provides excellent customer service to wide array of customers to support and grow business relationships with project initiators and content editors.

Responsible for managing projects from concept to completion, including estimating, scoping and budget management.

Communicates and coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to align messaging, content layout, and edits ensuring quality, accuracy, and efficiency of each project.

Manages proofreading process throughout the development of each request or project.

Participates in the creative conceptualization process by providing complete project scope to the creative vendor, whether external or internal.

Prioritize projects and assure appropriate resources are allocated properly.

Positively influence the overall workflow process, making improvements when possible.

REQUIREMENTS

Normally requires a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or the equivalent thereof, and marketing/project related work experience.

Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.

Prefer an understanding of GROWMARK Administrative Services.

Prefer an understanding of the GROWMARK System and experience working with member companies.

Proven professional communication, interpersonal, customer service, and negotiating skills and the ability to listen and to understand customer business needs and to convert that understanding into appropriate production plans.

Proven planning, organization, problem-solving, and project management skills and the ability to establish priorities, coordinate workflow through others, and meet deadlines.

Proven ability to run Business Objects reports.

Proven ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Proven computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Access).

Proven "attention to detail" skills.

Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.

Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK's policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.

Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to base pay, certain roles may be eligible for bonuses, incentives, and commissions.
