We're looking for a Marketing Automation Manager to join Procore's global Marketing Automation team. In this role, you'll help us fuel our inbound funnel by delivering best-in-class marketing campaigns and building automated programs to nurture prospects and retain customers. You'll own, maintain, and scale our marketing automation platforms, including audience segmentation, data cleansing, privacy and compliance, and system optimization. In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting and scaling marketing campaigns for our global audience, working cross-functionally to execute, operationalize, and measure their impact. Your primary goal will be to enhance our campaign effectiveness and streamline automation processes, ultimately driving business growth across the organization. As a Marketing Automation Manager, you'll partner closely with regional stakeholders in Campaign Management, Field Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Brand, and Marketing Operations to maximize our campaign effectiveness, deliver high-quality leads and generate pipeline to our sales partners. You'll use your analytical skills to define operational processes and implement technical solutions in Marketo and Demandbase to support the pipeline goals of the marketing department. This position reports to our Senior Manager, Marketing Automation, and can be based remotely in the United States. We're looking for someone to join us immediately. What you'll do:

Base Pay Range $114,400 - $157,300. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation.
