We're looking for a Marketing Automation Manager to join Procore's global Marketing Automation team. In this role, you'll help us fuel our inbound funnel by delivering best-in-class marketing campaigns and building automated programs to nurture prospects and retain customers. You'll own, maintain, and scale our marketing automation platforms, including audience segmentation, data cleansing, privacy and compliance, and system optimization. In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting and scaling marketing campaigns for our global audience, working cross-functionally to execute, operationalize, and measure their impact. Your primary goal will be to enhance our campaign effectiveness and streamline automation processes, ultimately driving business growth across the organization.

As a Marketing Automation Manager, you'll partner closely with regional stakeholders in Campaign Management, Field Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Brand, and Marketing Operations to maximize our campaign effectiveness, deliver high-quality leads and generate pipeline to our sales partners. You'll use your analytical skills to define operational processes and implement technical solutions in Marketo and Demandbase to support the pipeline goals of the marketing department.

This position reports to our Senior Manager, Marketing Automation, and can be based remotely in the United States. We're looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you'll do:

  • Execute on all global email campaigns, nurture programs, and Account-Based Marketing initiatives in Marketo and Demandbase, including audience segmentation, testing, deployment, and continuous optimization.

  • Manage our marketing database, ensuring data hygiene, compliance measures, accurate tagging, and troubleshooting any data issues between Marketo, Demandbase, Salesforce, and other MarTech systems.

  • Collaborate with the global Marketing teams on the ideation, implementation, and measurement of omnichannel nurture strategies to maximize activation, engagement and retention across the entire prospect-to-customer journey.

  • Gather and communicate comprehensive reporting on marketing campaigns, covering metrics from webinars, events, advertising, email, and web traffic performance to make data-driven decisions on marketing campaign strategies.

  • Act as the subject matter expert on Marketing Automation and teach other team members best practices.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business, or comparable work experience.

  • 8+ years of experience in a Marketing Automation, Email Marketing, or Marketing Operations role, preferably in a B2B SaaS capacity.

  • Expert-level experience in Marketo, including familiarity with system administration and managing system integrations. Marketo Certified Expert certification preferred.

  • Experience managing an ABM orchestration platform, such as Demandbase or 6Sense.

  • Experience with reporting on email campaign and program performance and providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

  • A critical thinker who is highly organized and detail-oriented.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and levels of the organization.

  • Comfortable with editing and optimizing HTML/CSS for email templates.

QualificationsAdditional Information

Base Pay Range $114,400 - $157,300. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
