Part Time Medical Administrative Assistant
needed for a
contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Burnsville, MN.

Job starts ASAP through at least March for 2 days
a week- flexible but need consistently


Top Skills You Should Possess:


  • Previous work experience in a health care setting; Medical Assistant Certificate/Diploma a huge plus!
  • Positive attitude, excellent customer service skills and must be a team player
  • Front office experience such as: answering phones, scheduling appointments, follow-ups, computer work, etc.
  • Looking for a responsible, friendly, and helpful employee



What You'll Be Doing:
  • Assist at the front desk to greet patients
  • Take phone calls
  • Perform visual acuity screenings
  • Copy, scan, and file documentation
  • Stock rooms
  • Office organization
  • Other administrative duties as assigned



What You Need to Bring to the Table:
  • Ability to work two days a week (Mon-Friday) consistently, 7:30am - 4:00pm
  • TB (PPD) test from within the last year or must be willing to obtain upon being offered the job
  • Proof of US Citizenship (ie valid US Passport or original US Birth Certificate) for security clearance/badging



Estimated Min Rate: $20.00
Estimated Max Rate: $23.00
