opportunity with Yoh's client located in Orlando, FL.
The Big Picture - Top Skills Should You Possess:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Requires two (2) years of customer service experience, or timeshare operational experience.
• In-person training for two (2) weeks then fully remote.
• Ability to work any shifts Monday - Sunday between 8am - 9pm, including holidays.
• Pay Range: $16 - $18/hr; depending on experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Responsible for the prompt and accurate response, resolution, and reporting of rental guest resort stay concerns, identifies root causes as well as provides education, and evaluates appropriate compensation if needed.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Requires two (2) years of customer service experience, or timeshare operational experience.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and SharePoint
