Need a break from retail or customer service? Staffmark is hiring an entry-level Manufacturing Associate in Leesburg, AL, and we want you to join our collaborative team! This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for a fresh start in the manufacturing industry. As a Manufacturing Associate, you'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, helping produce high-quality automotive parts. We know the hardships of starting a new job, which is why we ensure you are provided the onsite support and training needed to succeed in a new job with a new employer!

Pay: $17.54 per hour

3rd Shift Hours: 10 PM - 6:30 AM

Responsibilities:



  • Assembling and handling small and large steel automotive parts
  • Meeting daily production goals while ensuring quality, speed, and accuracy
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area
  • Lifting 40-50 lbs. frequently and standing for extended periods
  • Participating in team activities (exercises, meetings, etc.)
  • Performing other tasks as needed
