Pay Rate: $15 - $17 per hour Schedule: Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Various shifts, starting out on days. As a Guest Service Representative, you'll play a key role in ensuring guest satisfaction by providing attentive and personalized service from check-in to check-out. You'll help create a welcoming environment and ensure each guest's experience reflects our company's mission: "hospitality from our family to yours." Responsibilities: Check in guests, confirm reservations, assign rooms, and issue keys. Handle wake-up calls and answer calls promptly. Create, modify, and confirm guest reservations. Review guest accounts, charges, and payments during check-out. Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions. Resolve guest inquiries and complaints to ensure satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area. Coordinate with housekeeping for room readiness. Follow security procedures and ensure guest safety. Complete safety training and report any issues to management. Qualifications: At least 1 year of customer service experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient computer and keyboard skills. Ability to multi-task and handle various front desk duties. Ability to stand for most of the shift (90-100%). Ability to make independent decisions within company guidelines. Occasional lifting of items up to 15 pounds. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
