We are looking for an AWS Lex Architect to join our fast growing team!

Role: AWS Lex Architect

Location: Remote

Experience: 10 - 15 Years

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 and $155,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

Job Summary & Responsibilities

  • Must have extensive hands-on in AWS services like lambda, Dynamo DB, S3. Should have worked extensively in LEX Bot with contact center background
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience with contact center domain technologies and products
  • Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience with AWS Connect, Lex, Lambda, Dynamo, S3, CloudWatch
  • Shall have hands-on knowledge including solution design and architecture for larger scale contact centers, in building complex contact flows that require in-depth and granular knowledge with Lambda and Lex
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience with Lex dealing various kinds of Bot implementation and build work
  • Shall have design knowledge on deployment pipeline
  • Shall have strong knowledge with AWS infra and overall what services are best to leverage, knows how to derive cost
  • Well versed with full stack development - node.js, python, java script Java Springboot, Deployment pipeline, Terraform.
  • Should have migration knowledge to deploy applications/infra from on-prem to AWS Connect
