Forklift Operator

• Operate a stand-up forklift to pick orders up to 30+ feet.
• Use a handheld scanner for accurate and timely order picking.
• Lift and stack boxes, including overhead pallet heights.
• Label pallets and boxes with correct carton labels.
• Report errors and proactively resolve issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Follow safety guidelines and report issues.
• Adapt to changes and work across departments.
• Work 8-hour shifts, with occasional overtime.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. frequently.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented and able to work well under pressure.
• Good judgment and the ability to work independently.
• Consistent attendance is mandatory.
• Basic math skills required.
• Proficiency in shipping instructions for all pick types.
