Speech Language Pathologist

• Conduct evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders; write detailed reports.
• Develop and implement IEPs, providing therapy in individual and group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities.
• Maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with regulations, and participate in IEP meetings.
• Stay updated on the latest research and attend required training sessions.

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Valid state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain licensure). CCC-SLP certification from ASHA is preferred.
• Experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills, ability to work with diverse student populations, and proficient in data collection and documentation.
