We're looking for a Cybersecurity Administrator who's ready to defend enterprise systems across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments. Your Mission: Secure, Monitor, Respond
Build, implement, and maintain the systems that protect our enterprise ecosystem.
  • Threat Detection & Response: Investigate, analyze, and remediate security incidents across the organization
  • Incident Management: Lead coordinated response efforts and develop contingency strategies
  • Security Exercises: Conduct regular audits, simulations, and compliance reviews
  • Cybersecurity Tools: Administer and manage enterprise-level security products and solutions
  • Vulnerability Management: Maintain an enterprise vulnerability program to reduce risk exposure
  • Monitoring & Analysis: Identify suspicious activity across hybrid systems, servers, and endpoints
  • Patch Management: Install and test updates across infrastructure including servers, laptops, and network equipment
  • Continuous Improvement: Recommend tactical enhancements to minimize risk and improve practices
  • Technology Evaluation: Stay ahead of threats by researching emerging tools and solutions
  • User Support & Awareness: Train and assist users in cybersecurity best practices and tools
  • Threat Intelligence Reporting: Analyze and report on intelligence from government and industry sources
  • Security-First Administration: Perform network, system, and cloud administration with a security-first mindset
  • Log Analysis: Monitor system and audit logs to detect anomalies or malicious activity
What You Bring to the Team
Technical strength, strategic thinking, and a passion for proactive protection.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field-or equivalent experience
  • Experience:
    • 3+ years in cybersecurity, systems monitoring, or network defense
    • 5+ years in datacenter and/or cloud administration and troubleshooting
  • Certifications: TWIC required; certifications like (ISC), GIAC, or ISACA preferred
  • Cybersecurity Knowledge: Strong foundation in risk management, auditing, compliance, and cybersecurity principles
  • Problem Solving: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess threats and develop effective countermeasures
  • Communication: Skilled in explaining complex issues clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Discretion & Confidentiality: Trusted to handle sensitive information with professionalism and care
  • Tech Proficiency: Intermediate-level expertise with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio; advanced in Outlook
Where You'll Work & What to Expect
Secure critical systems across diverse operational environments.
  • Primary Work Environment: Corporate office setting
  • Additional Environments: May include ports, terminals, vessels, and outdoor work in varying conditions
  • Physical Demands: Involves computer work, occasional lifting (up to 20 lbs), and navigating active operations areas
  • Work Schedule: May include days, nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call coverage
  • Travel: Occasional domestic travel required, including to Hawaii

Zone 1: Starting rate $110,000; up to $130,000 for highly qualified candidates
