Purpose of the Job

The Gift Card Contract Associate will serve as the connective tissue to consolidating all business requirements to put together business deals for the team, from drafting to signing.

This is a collaborative role that requires exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills and be comfortable with ambiguity and juggling multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines. At the same time, you should have a bias for execution and a high level of drive and creativity to constantly improve your area of responsibility. You must be comfortable communicating across cultural, country and time-zone boundaries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough research on business opportunities and structure findings into presentation formats
  • Project management from contract preparation, drafting, execution, filing, to negotiation.
  • Documentation, Action Items follow up and closure
  • Develop detailed work plans for projects and execute on work plans to deliver business goals
  • Meeting facilitation with partners and internal business teams, setting agenda, managing calls, taking notes and driving action items with owners
  • Strong partnership with the regional teams with technical capability, stakeholder management & strong communication skills
  • Conduct thorough research on contract provisions and synthesis findings at high level catered to different stakeholders. Process contract terms in accordance with standard policies and procedures
  • Manage and organize the team's contract database and intranet site
  • Support onboarding and train other team members
  • Assistance on business development projects, develop project work plans, conduct compliance research on business opportunities, prepare presentation materials on findings and recommendations

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years experience in project and partner management.
  • 3+ years managing complex cross-functional projects
  • Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
  • Experience with presentation and developing business plans
  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail. Exceptional business partnership and communication skills.
  • Critical thinker/problem solver who can identify the root cause of issues and make data driven decisions
  • Flexible to participate in business meetings in different time zones
  • A team player attitude, and can easily handle multi-tasking between shifting priorities
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and customer service instincts to manage multiple stakeholders and clients
  • Result-oriented to deliver key insights and impact to the team
  • Familiar with the contracting process, negotiation, and working with Legal
  • Business analytics, quantitative modeling experience
  • Knowledge of gift card and/or payment industry is a plus

For California applicants: The US base salary range for this position is $85,000- $100,000 annually. Actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors that are unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, certifications and work location. This range may be different in other location s due to differences in the cost of labor.

The total compensation for this package includes annual performance bonus targets, restricted stock units, and a signing bonus in addition to base salary.
