SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our accounts. The ideal candidate will ensure products are live on account platforms, maintain accurate inventory levels, and drive operational efficiency. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize processes for improved performance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of accounts, ensuring products are live on account platforms and inventory levels are accurate and up to date.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and coordinate with product management and sales operations to address any issues.
  • Analyze return data and implement solutions to minimize return rates and penalties.
  • Monitor and resolve order management issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to sales.
  • Optimize product listings for increased search visibility and conversion rates.
  • Compile and share weekly reports on inventory accuracy, return rates, and other measurables.
  • Act as a point of contact for day-to-day client queries and operational needs.
  • Continuously identify and implement improvements to existing processes to drive operational efficiency.


Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • 3+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management and order processing.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to optimize product listings for search visibility and conversions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
