This is an unpaid internship opportunity Job Responsibilities: * Review and evaluate program-specific procedures for accuracy, effectiveness, and areas for improvement, collaborating with the team to update or create new procedures as needed. * Assist in designing and structuring group curriculum, ensuring alignment with program goals, conducting research, and refining topics with subject matter experts. * Gather, analyze, and present data related to program performance, feedback, and outcomes, identifying trends and preparing reports with findings and recommendations. * Support the team with administrative tasks, event coordination, and research for various projects or initiatives. * Perform additional duties as directed by supervisors, contributing to a variety of tasks in support of the team's needs.
