Job Description Allied Universal Technology Services is hiring a Director of Sales. The Director of Sales will spearhead regional sales strategy in the electronic security and converged solutions sector. Responsibilities include leading a team to generate new sales and revenue, covering a range of solutions from access control to artificial intelligence. The Sales Director will recruit, hire, and coach the sales team, utilizing prior industry insight to drive success. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales team leadership and development: collaborate with the regional management team to lead, coach, train, and develop sales teams for both Enterprise and Commercial customers; mentor and coach sales professionals, supporting activities in assigned vertical markets and complex negotiations
