We are looking for a Strategic Client Advisor to join Element Fleet Management. As the largest pure-play fleet manager in the world, we provide unmatched products and services and solutions to our clients.

Are You:

  • A client-facing advisor with 5+ years of success in the field?
  • A professional with a strong data analytical ability, critical reasoning, strategic thinking, and organizational skills.

As the Strategic Client Advisor, you will partner customers with and sales personnel to identify opportunities to drive business growth & profitability, and help customers achieve their fleet goals.

A Day in the Life

  • Identify opportunities to improve our customers' fleet performance through in-depth data discovery, and through financial and process analyses
  • Maintain regular interaction to proactively identify new savings or other opportunities for the customers that you support
  • Conduct thorough and detailed analyses using client data, benchmarking data, and decision support models
  • Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data, drawing conclusions, determining the appropriate course of action, reporting results, and making meaningful recommendations
  • Responsible for working with the customer to execute upon your recommended courses of action
  • Identify and articulate best practices within an industry

Requirements

  • Technical or Business Bachelor's Degree (Finance/Accounting Concentration preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years' business experience
  • Experience with and ability to interpret financial models
  • Microsoft Excel proficiency (pivot tables, V look ups)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and presentation skills with a consultative approach
  • Ability to design and deliver presentations to clients, interact with clients in person and over the phone, including the ability to interact with "C-Level" audience in a client or prospect organization
  • Strong math skills and an analytical approach to problem solving
  • Thoroughness, persistence, and a desire to get to the root-cause of problems
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (~5%)
  • Availability after hours and weekends, on rare occasion

The hiring base salary range for this position is $75,500 - $103,800 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
