What You Can Expect

As our Talent & Learning Analyst II, you will partner with the Learning and Talent Management team to drive learning, development, and growth initiatives across the organization. In this role, you'll streamline communications, manage timelines, and provide essential support for both ongoing programs and new initiatives. This position is based in Houston, TX, reporting directly to the Head of Learning & Talent Management.




  • Assist with Sezame management, ensuring data integrity, reporting, and course coordination for corporate reporting
  • Support the implementation of programs to attract, develop, and manage ENGIE North America's talent pool
  • Collaborate with the team to manage communications and logistics for Talent & Learning initiatives and HR events
  • Leverage technology to improve employee experience, build loyalty, and contribute to strategic HR and learning programs
  • Take ownership of project outcomes, anticipating needs across HR functions, IT, and operations to support successful program execution



What You'll Bring




  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Talent Management, Organizational Development, Human Resource Development, or a closely related discipline; In lieu of the educational requirement, we will accept a minimum of four (4) years of relevant industry experience in Human Resource Development or Talent management


  • You have a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in Talent Management or a related field
  • You are proficient in SAP, Ad Hoc reporting, and advanced Excel for talent data reporting and analysis
  • You are knowledgeable in drafting corporate communications and have a collaborative and professional demeanor
  • You have strong project management, planning, and organizing skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • You are an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing, with strong attention to detail and presentation skills



Additional Details



  • This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy will consist of three (3) days in office and two (2) days working remotely
  • Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies



Compensation

Salary Range: $62,400 - $87,150 USD annually

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.

ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
