Description * Serve as the main point of contact for customers looking to order MICR checks/envelopes/paper products * Answer 15-30 inbound calls from customers per day * Communicate with customers via email * Place customer orders via phone/email using company's proprietary system * Answer questions on order status, order updates, and process through rush shipping if necessary * Work with internal warehouse teams to get fulfillment/shipping updates * Ensure accurate information via proprietary system to pass along to invoicing/billing team Skills help desk support, support, Customer service, Customer support, Call center, order entry Additional Skills & Qualifications 2+ years of customer service experience within manufacturing, distribution, or logistics company 6+ months with ERP system (can be company specific system) Experience Level Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
