Job Description:

The Documentation Specialist supports documentation requirements for manufacturing activities. Essential responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Editing, writing and streamlining manufacturing protocols, SOPs, acceptance reports and other documents supporting manufacturing for clients in SVP/SLM/CTM
  2. Data input to support SVP document tracking and process database activities
  3. Conducting training
  4. Assisting in development of manufacturing processes through manufacturing team participation
  5. Support of process improvement projects by entry of data and initial tabulation of that data
  6. Creation of manufacturing portion of Annual Product Reviews, including compilation of data and trend analysis.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Associate or Bachelor Degree desired.
  • Minimum 1 - 3 years related experience required.
  • Lead or Specialist experience, including writing responsibilities desired.
  • Pharmaceutical experience desired.
  • Microsoft Word and Excel experience required, PowerPoint desired.
  • Knowledge of and experience with manufacturing processes, for Example: compounding, mixing, sterile filtration, filling, lyophilization, oversealing, finishing, or manufacturing componentry (i.e. vials, stoppers, etc.), is desired.
  • 20/30 corrected near-point vision required.

Shift: Days

Compensation:

  • This position pays $29.05 to $39.01 per hour, depending on experience, with opportunity for growth, promotion and annual raises.
