About the team: The Web Technology Team develops and provides website content that motivates and entertains to ensure users will regularly access websites and use as a major source for information and decision-making

What You'll Own: As a MarTech & Web Content Associate, you will:
* Manages updating website content from Jira tickets within our Contentful CMS for worldpay.com and other web properties.
* Builds and maintains relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
* Helps seeks out and develop requirements from internal customers and other Marketing teams for website improvement and enhancements.
* Coordinates development of copy and creative assets with other Marketing teams, ensuring best practices and size requirements are followed.
* Participates in training of other content authors.
* Monitors trends and activities in web design, and contributes to guidelines to increase presence and improve design and usability.
* Works with other website-related platforms as needed, such as Algolia, Jira, Transperfect, and Transcend.
* Makes improvements or enhancements.
* Other related duties assigned as needed

Where you'll own it: Cincinnati, Ohio

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with CMS platforms.
  • 3+ years of experience with project management platforms.
  • Proficiency in project management methods and techniques to ensure the coordination of people (internal clients and external vendors) and processes to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributors)
  • Proficiency in problem solving and time management skills managing multiple deadlines.
  • Proficiency to operate independently or as a part of a team.

Added bonus if you have:

  • Experience with Contentful
  • Front end development exposure, especially with Next.js, React, or other modern frameworks
