Job Mission Our highly competitive legal internship program offers law school students a unique opportunity to gain real world in-house experience during law school in virtually every area within the ASML US Legal Department based in Chandler, Arizona. Our legal practice group is a specialty team with skills, knowledge, and expertise in particular areas of the law, including contracts, IP, compliance, employment, and litigation. As a Legal Intern you will assist the ASML in-house legal team and ASML business units on a wide range of legal issuesand gain hands-on experience. You must be work authorized in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship. This position may require access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. * 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require the Company to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology. Position Location: Chandler, AZ Available to work Monday through Friday (on-site Tuesday through Thursday, remotely Monday and Friday); full time (40 hours) in the summer and part time (20~25 hours) per week during the Fall/Spring semesters. Intern must be able to successfully handle school and work commitments together. ASML can support Externship credits through ASU Law, if the intern chooses. Job Description
