Buffalo Rock manages the best non-alcoholic beverage portfolio in the country, which includes several beloved global and regional brands. The primary duty of the Recruiting Lead is to research, source, attract, evaluate, refer candidates, along with managing the talent acquisition process to provide the Hiring Managers with remarkable Employee Partners for their talent needs. The Recruiting Lead reports to the Executive Director, Recruiting and Talent Development. Required education and experience
-Proficient in Microsoft Office products is required including, but not limited to: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Access, etc. -Expert in Applicant Tracking System and recruitment software.
Tools Desktop computers, printers, scanners, smartphones Technology Microsoft Suite, Outlook, ATS- Taleo Knowledge Administration and Management -Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation,leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. Clerical - Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography, and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology. English Language -Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
