Job Summary

The Digital Print Operator will maintain and operate printers. The primary department for this role is the Flatbed printing and Cutting department and this person will cross-train in other departments.

What You'll Do...

  • Daily maintenance of printers
  • Set up and operate printers.
  • Verify colors by matching customer requirements.
  • Verify substrate is as outlined in job packet
  • Verify Ink adhesion to substrate
  • Record all material usage for printing area.
  • Maintain material inventory.
  • Maintain clean working environment
  • Practice safe working habits as trained
  • Secure help if items to be lifted or carried exceed weights given in the physical requirements section of this job description.
  • Enter recommendations to management for improvements in areas such as personal safety, quality improvements, better rates and yields, or any other matters that impact shop cost or employee's health and safety.
  • Do other tasks as assigned
