We are seeking a Closer to optimize the lending experience for our customers. The Closer will prepare loan documents for closing, work collaboratively with multiple departments, and adhere to strict deadlines.
*Key Responsibilities:* * Manage a pipeline of PACE assessments for closing, ensuring service level agreements are met. * Provide exceptional customer service to property owners and contractors. * Prepare documents for drawing, funding, and recording; verify products and pricing. * Provide operations support as needed. *Minimum Requirements:* * 2-3 years' experience in a customer-facing role within a fast-paced consumer lending environment. * High volume data entry experience with acute attention to detail. * Understanding of credit underwriting and experience in document preparation and funding. * Proficiency in Google Apps, MS Office Suite, both Mac and PC computers. * Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure. *Work Environment:* * Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. * Location: Hybrid - Roseville, CA (Minimum one day/week in the office) *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00 * Medical, dental & vision * Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital * 401(k) Retirement Plan - Pre-tax and Roth post-tax contributions available * Life Insurance (Voluntary Life & AD&D for the employee and dependents) * Short and long-term disability * Health Spending Account (HSA) * Transportation benefits * Employee Assistance Program * Time Off/Leave (PTO, Vacation or Sick Leave) *Workplace Type* This is a fully remote position. *Application Deadline* This position will be accepting applications until Jan 10, 2025.
