Customer Service Rep Job Description Projected Start Date: 1/29/25 Location: Dayton Beach, FL 32114* (2 days a week in office, 3 days a week work from home) Equipment Provided by company* Shift: * 9:30am - 6pm shift, Monday through Friday (For training which will be 3-4 weeks long) * 11:30am to 8pm shift after training (hybrid) Details: * Will be handling about 50-80 inbound calls per day. * This person will be responsible for handling inbound calls pertaining to insurance servicing questions from borrowers, insurance agents and financial institutions.
