Description * Assisting sales team in gathering order requirements and submit for order entry. * Providing customer assistance from submission to delivery of order. * Engage in process improvement activities. * Define standard operating procedures. * Will be working with customers via email. * Will be working in Smartsheet and Microsoft Excel.
