Description Lincoln Hospital Clerical/Administrative Support Req #: 17174 This is a per diem - as needed position. The Front Door Navigator role welcomes patients and invites them to check in for their appointments via the appropriate check-in process. They are responsible for asking screening questions and directing patients to the correct waiting room areas. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs): Education: High school graduate or GED preferred License/Certifications: N/A Experience: Customer service experience and previous healthcare background strongly preferred.
