Position Description
Ensures on-time and quality delivery of technological and digital projects. Leads technical planning of projects with the goal of meeting deadlines. May supervise and direct skilled project personnel.

Major/Essential Functions
Experience with project management, change management, and process documentation, as well as basic networking concepts, and server administration. Experience in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships. Ability to interpret and apply complex regulations to establish a plan of action, prioritize, and execute assigned tasks effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in preparation of fiscal and special reports; Ability to effectively use computer, various accounting, project management, CRM and EMR software, medical informatics, Microsoft office, etc.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 3 years of related experience in related technical skill and/or project management, or a combination of education and/or related experience equal to 7 years.
