14424BR FTE: 1.0 Shift: Weekdays- hours TBD (clinic hours range from 7am-530pm) Compensation: $22.79+ Hours Per Week: 40 Weekends: No Benefit Eligible We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Physical Therapy Assistant to join our Monona outpatient therapy team where we perform general therapy services, orthopedic services, and many specialty services such as pelvic health and vestibular therapy; amongst others. Duties and Responsibilities: Work within the context of patient-centered care in an outpatient clinic setting. Provide therapy treatment with concise and efficient documentation/billing in accordance with regulatory standards. Work collaboratively with a team to provide comprehensive evidence-based treatment to maximize functional outcomes. Embrace lifelong learning: willingly receive feedback and learn from team members, seek continual learning opportunities to advance one's own practice, and share feedback to promote the growth of the team. Engage in staff meetings, advanced practice teams, and shared governance to help drive best practice and clinical excellence. Demonstrate a willingness to be flexible and to take on additional responsibilities to support the team and process improvement initiatives within the department.
