YOUR MISSION
  • This position supports the COBRA PUMA GOLF brand.
  • Managing daily and ad-hoc reports as needed to support
  • Order book Management (consists of running reports in PowerBI, identifying orders that have gone past cancel date, orders on pending cancellation hold and taking necessary steps with these orders).
  • Identify orders with missing logo information and work with the sales rep to make sure orders go to production without delay
  • Cross reference cresting report with SharePoint orders and identify any missing order forms and work with team and production manager to make sure orders are flowing through production
  • Monitor incoming emails for cresting orders, processes orders as needed
  • Assist with answering in-bound calls from Customer Service, Sales Representatives and Accounts
  • Assisting Custom Apparel & Accessories team with logo color up and production order form creation
  • New logo proofing to reps and customers for approval
  • Cresting open order book cleanup
YOUR TALENT
  • 1-2 years of office environment/customer service experience
  • Some college, or working towards a four-year degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Experience with thread and pantone colors
  • Adobe Illustrator experience a plus
  • Embird Software or other embroidery software preferred

The Hiring range base pay for this position is $18.70 - $25.98 + Bonus + Benefits
