DESCRIPTION OF WORK

This role oversees the Branded Vehicle Title Program as well as the operations related to Special Services, which encompass vehicles that have been reconstructed or specially constructed and necessitate a thorough review and processing of their titles. You will be tasked with the creation and execution of processes, procedures, and processing standards specifically tailored for these vehicle title classifications.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment.
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with 60minute lunch.
- This position may be eligible for Alternate Work Schedule (AWS).
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Three years of experience in line management or administrative staff work in public or private organization, including one year with a state motor vehicle program, automobile service organization, motor vehicle manufacturer, or comparable organization associated with the motor vehicle industry which provided experience in the application and interpretation of state vehicle laws; and such training as may have been gained through graduation from a four-year college or university; or
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
