Commercial Reporting Analyst

As the Commercial Reporting Analyst, you will be analyzing metrics and designing reports to drive critical business decisions for the organization. In this role, you will need the versatility to work with various departments both local and global to deliver results based on the needs of the business.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Support the successful implementation of SAP in the USA. This includes updating connections and rebuilding existing reports and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure deliverables meet expectations.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards in Power BI and Excel, integrating data from diverse sources.
  • Create visually engaging and informative reports to communicate insights effectively.
  • Create and deliver initiative-based reporting that supports the Business Plan 2026.
  • Identify and proactively seek solutions to discovered ERP data integrity/consistency issues.
  • Support various ad hoc reporting needs as required.

Your new team

The Reporting Competence Center is a developing team of data and reporting experts. You will report to the Manager of Reporting & Analytics for the Americas, and you will work alongside local and global team members. The reporting team is part of the larger Commercial Excellence team designed to drive success throughout the organization.

Qualifications to succeed in the position

  • 3+ years of experience as a reporting, business or data analyst required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Economics, or equivalent is preferred.
  • Proficiency in SAP and object-oriented programming for data manipulation.
  • Advanced SQL skills for data querying and analysis.
  • Expertise in Excel, including Power Query and Analysis for Office.
  • Proven experience in developing reports and dashboards in Power BI.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex data insights clearly.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • A continuous learner with a passion for staying updated on industry trends.
  • Must be highly detail-oriented, with a vigilance for issuing accurate reports and other deliverables.
  • Must demonstrate a high level of mental agility to handle multiple, differentiated complex tasks simultaneously while maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and is a proven self-starter.

$73,700.00-$98,300.00

The estimated pay range indicates the expected annualized pay range for this position. It may not include potential bonus incentives such as annual bonus' as well as sales and sales related incentives, or overtime (on eligible positions). The actual pay offered may vary based on several factors, including the applicant's qualifications, relevant experience, unique skills, education level, certifications or licenses, and the location from which they will work. The final pay determination will comply with state or local minimum wage laws applicable to the job's location. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
