DESCRIPTION OF WORK

As a Tradesman Helper, you will play a vital role in supporting skilled tradesmen with equipment repair and preventative maintenance while providing essential labor assistance in the main yard. You will ensure that our permanent facilities within PennDOT's York County are maintained through your janitorial services.
You will utilize all your training, skills, and experiences to perform various tasks to ensure the beauty and cleanliness of the facilities throughout the year, inside and out. You will actively move and arrange furniture and equipment according to the facilities' needs. Additionally, you will operate a non-commercial vehicle to deliver and pick up parts, mail, and related items as necessary, ensuring smooth operations and timely service.

- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.
