Description Responsibilities: Imaging of computer equipment (laptops) using SCCM, deployment scripts and checklists User profile setup for Windows devices, including configuration of various productivity and 3rd party software and applications Configuration of additional hardware including VOIP phones, network appliances (routers/switches), copiers/printers, etc. Troubleshoot hardware issues and trigger warranty processes with various manufacturers as needed Provide a high level of customer service to internal employees and customers on a daily basis Shipping/receiving equipment from our variety of vendors and sending to customers Weekly inventory process including organization and labeling for easy location as well as working with internal teams to obtain additional stock Track and catalog equipment sent to customers (documenting serial numbers and assigning in ITAM databases) Work with Asset Management team and vendors for end-of-life equipment for proper documentation and recycling of assets Update and maintain documentation relative to this position in approved tools and databases Drive continuous improvement by thinking out of the box for potential solutions or ideas around streamlining back-office operations and tasks.
